Pakistan Journal of History and Civilization is committed to providing a transparent and fair refund policy related to article processing charges (APCs), subscription fees, or other payments made to the journal.
Article Processing Charges (APCs)

All APC payments are generally non-refundable once the manuscript submission and peer review process have commenced.

Refund requests for APCs will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate payments or administrative errors.

Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 30 days of payment and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the editorial office.
Subscription Fees

Subscription fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

In the event of journal discontinuation or significant changes to the publication schedule, subscribers will be notified promptly.
Payment Disputes and Cancellations

Any disputes or requests for cancellation related to payments should be directed to the journal’s finance department promptly.

The journal reserves the right to withhold publication or access until payment obligations are fulfilled.
