Refund Policy

Pakistan Journal of History and Civilization is committed to providing a transparent and fair refund policy related to article processing charges (APCs), subscription fees, or other payments made to the journal.

Article Processing Charges (APCs)

  • All APC payments are generally non-refundable once the manuscript submission and peer review process have commenced.

  • Refund requests for APCs will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate payments or administrative errors.

  • Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 30 days of payment and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the editorial office.

Subscription Fees

  • Subscription fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

  • In the event of journal discontinuation or significant changes to the publication schedule, subscribers will be notified promptly.

Payment Disputes and Cancellations

  • Any disputes or requests for cancellation related to payments should be directed to the journal’s finance department promptly.

  • The journal reserves the right to withhold publication or access until payment obligations are fulfilled.
